Tip 1: Wrap some ice cubes in towel. Use cool pack to lightly press on eye area. This can ease puffy eyes

Tip 3: Facial/ Eye Massage
Use fingers to massage downwards 3 times from temples to neck. This action aims to release toxins from face to lymph vessels and out of the body
Use suitable amount of facial moisturizer, follow the actions on video and repeat this step 3 times
Massage twice a day, once in the morning and once at night
Performing eye massage and using suitable eye cream/gel will greatly help in eliminating panda eyes
